Role Description

This is an internship role for a Social Media Marketing Intern, based on-site at our Gurugram location. Responsibilities include assisting in social media strategy execution, creating engaging content for various platforms, managing digital marketing campaigns, monitoring analytics, and supporting marketing initiatives. The intern will collaborate with teams to ensure a strong online presence through innovative and impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube (short-form), and Facebook
  • Write clear, compelling, and brand-aligned captions in line with campaign objectives and content strategy
  • Coordinate closely with designers and video editors to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery
  • Manage daily posting schedules, Instagram stories, and basic community engagement (comments and DMs)
  • Support the execution of product launches, webinars, events, and campaign-based content
  • Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, formats, and best practices
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all social platforms

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field (preferred)
  • 0–2 years of experience in social media management or content creation
  • Strong written communication skills with a good understanding of brand voice and storytelling
  • Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling platforms is a plus
