About Role
We are looking for a
creative, internet-savvy Content Creator / Social Media Executive who lives and breathes Instagram. You will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing content that educates, engages, and grows the 1% Club audience.
This role is perfect for someone who understands reels culture, trends, hooks, and storytelling, and can turn complex ideas into scroll-stopping content.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Create Instagram Reels, carousels, and static posts aligned with the 1% Club brand
- Write strong hooks, captions, and CTAs that drive engagement
- Convert finance and career ideas into simple, relatable content
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips
Instagram Management
- Own the Instagram content calendar and posting schedule
- Track trends, audios, formats, and adapt them to our niche
- Engage with comments, DMs, and community feedback
Growth & Optimization
- Analyze performance metrics like reach, watch time, saves, and shares
- Continuously improve content based on insights
- Experiment with formats, storytelling styles, and thumbnails
Collaboration
- Work closely with the content, design, and video teams
- Coordinate with creators and internal stakeholders when required
What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content
- Good storytelling and copywriting skills
- Comfortable with basic video editing tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar
- Awareness of internet culture, memes, and trends
- Interest in finance, startups, business, or self-improvement
- Ability to work fast and execute ideas independently
Good to Have
- Prior experience managing or growing an Instagram page
- On-camera confidence or willingness to appear in content
- Understanding of analytics and growth metrics
- Experience working with creators or influencers
