About the Role:

As a Content Creator, you will own our Reels and short-form video content from idea to upload. You'll bring a fun, quirky voice to the brand and help Instafix stand out in a crowded social feed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ideate fun, quirky, trend-led Reel concepts that match the brand's personality.
• Shoot, edit, and publish content end-to-end, from scripting to final cut.
• Turn everyday moments and real-life situations into viral-worthy content.
• Experiment with trends, memes, POV videos, skits, and street-style content.
• Track trending audios, formats, and hashtags, and adapt them quickly for the brand.
• Analyse performance metrics (reach, engagement, shares) and refine content strategy accordingly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns and brand goals.
• Help build Instafix's identity and visibility across social media platforms.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating Reels, Shorts, or other short-form video content.
• Strong understanding of Instagram trends, meme culture, and audience behaviour.
• Hands-on skills in shooting and editing (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, or similar).
• A creative, out-of-the-box mindset with a good sense of humour and timing.
• Comfort in front of the camera and in street or on-ground shoots (preferred).
• Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and deliver consistently.
• A portfolio or social media handle showcasing your best work.

Good to Have:

• Experience with scripting, storytelling, or acting/skit performance.
• Basic knowledge of lighting, sound, and mobile videography.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
