Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Content Creator, Editor, and Social Media Manager based in Ajmer. Responsibilities include creating compelling content across various platforms, managing content editing and proofreading to ensure quality and alignment with the company's voice, and crafting strategic content plans. The role also involves overseeing the company's social media accounts by creating, curating, and scheduling posts, as well as analyzing social media performance to increase engagement and brand reach. Collaboration with internal teams to develop marketing materials and consistent messaging is key to success in this position.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Content Writing, Content Creation, Copywriting, and Editing
- Strong Knowledge of Social Media Management, Analytics, and Content Planning
- Experience in Strategic Marketing and Campaign Management
- Capable of Researching Trends, Proofreading, and Delivering Quality Content
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to meet deadlines, adapt to different audiences, and manage multiple projects
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content creation software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
