The Role

We're looking for a Content Creator & Strategist who owns the idea and shows up on camera to bring it to life. From spotting a trend to shipping a reel, you'll drive content that builds reach, engagement, and unmistakable brand recall for Beco.

You won't just sit behind the scenes — you'll be a face of our content.

What You'll Do

• Ideate scroll-stopping content formats and build scalable content IPs for Beco
• Script sharp, social-first storytelling tailored to Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Spot trends early and translate them into brand-right content — fast
• Get on camera: front and centre, with energy, personality, and relatability
• Partner closely with production and editing teams to take ideas from script to screen
• Track performance and use data to sharpen what we make next

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in content creation, ideation, and scripting for social platforms
• A strong grip on what's working on Instagram and YouTube right now
• Confident, natural on-camera presence — comfortable being the face of the brand
• Ability to think creatively and strategically (we need both)
• Experience collaborating with production and editing teams
• Data-driven mindset — you care about reach, engagement, and what the numbers say
• Bonus: a soft spot for sustainability and a sense of humour that translates on screen
