Job Title: Content Creator

Location: Bangalore

About the Role:

Aerione Bharat is looking for a hands-on content creator who can take an idea from concept to published post, including scripting, shooting, appearing on camera, editing, and publishing. You'll be the visual and editorial voice of our Astronomy Expo program.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Plan and run the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube (Shorts + long form), LinkedIn, and X

- Shoot original content on location and in studio, behind-the-scenes, etc.

- Appear on camera as a host/presenter: pieces to camera, interviews with astronomers and exhibitors, walkthroughs, reactions.

- Edit video and stills end to end.

- Build platform-specific strategies with clear goals (reach, follower growth, ticket conversion, engagement)

- Track trends and adapt them to our brand fast enough to matter

- Write copy, hooks, and captions that work for both space enthusiasts and general audiences

- Report on performance monthly and use the data to shape what gets made next

- Coordinate with marketing, creative, technical and operations teams to keep messaging accurate and on-brand.

Key Qualifications:

- 2+ years creating social content for a brand, agency, or your own audience with demonstrable results

- A portfolio or reel

- ⁠A good understanding and usage of the English and Kannada languages.

- Confident, natural on-camera presence

- Strong editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci, or equivalent) plus basic design (Canva, Photoshop, After Effects a plus)

- Comfortable shooting solo on mobile and mirrorless, with working knowledge of lighting and audio

- Genuine fluency in platform trends, not just awareness of them

- Sharp writing and a good instinct for hooks

- Interest in astronomy, space, or science communication. You don't need a physics degree, but curiosity is non-negotiable.

Travel:

This role might require domestic and international travel for business requirements, including weekends and evenings. A valid passport and willingness to travel at short notice is essential.
