Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator role located in Bengaluru. As our Content Creator / On-Camera Educator (Science Background Preferred), you will be the creative bridge between our advanced aerospace engineering projects and our global audience. You'll be responsible for scripting, filming, and editing content that makes STEM learning exciting and accessible.

Job Description:

Position: Content Creator / On-Camera Educator

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (On-site)

Industry: Aerospace / Space-Science Education

Key Responsibilities:

1. STEM Content Production: Develop, shoot, and edit high-impact videos (Reels, YouTube modules, and explainers) that simplify aerospace and astronomy topics.

2. On-Camera Presence: Serve as a face for our digital platforms, presenting scientific information with enthusiasm and clarity.

3. Social Media Growth: Manage and create daily engaging content for LinkedIn and Instagram to drive community awareness.

4. Creative Collaboration: Partner with the technical Aerospace team to translate engineering concepts into compelling visual stories.

5. Brand Excellence: Ensure all visual assets, including posters and graphics, align with our professional standards.

Requirements:

1. Educational Background: A Science background is highly preferred to ensure technical accuracy in storytelling.

2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar) and graphic design (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).

3. Communication: Exceptional English communication skills with a natural knack for storytelling.

4. Mindset: A proactive learner who is comfortable on camera and passionate about space technology.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Content Writing, Creative Writing, and Storytelling
• Skilled in Content Strategy, Planning, and Development
• Experience with Video Production, Graphic Design, and Visual Media Platforms
• Strong Research and Analytical Skills for crafting data-driven and factual content
• Background in STEM fields, particularly space education or aerospace, is an asset
• Excellent communication and editing skills with an eye for detail and quality
• Familiarity with Digital Marketing, Social Media Trends, and SEO optimization
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field
• A strong interest or passion for space science, education, and innovation
