Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Content Creation Trainer for our Kochi campus. The trainer will plan, deliver, and evaluate interactive sessions on content creation, from ideation to execution, ensuring students gain hands-on experience. Responsibilities include designing course materials, mentoring students to build creative portfolios, providing constructive feedback, and staying updated on the latest content creation trends to keep the curriculum relevant. The trainer will also coordinate with the team to integrate real client projects into learning modules and foster a dynamic, growth-oriented learning environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Content Writing, Blogging, and Creative Writing
  • Strong skills in Content Strategy, Copywriting, and Storytelling
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing strategies, Social Media, and Content Marketing campaigns
  • Experience with Editing, Proofreading, and refining content
  • Ability to engage and motivate learners, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of digital tools and platforms related to content creation is a plus
  • Previous experience in training, teaching, or mentoring is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
