Amazon Prime Video is seeking a proactive and highly organized Creative Co Ordinator Development for the South Originals team. The candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to help build a pipeline of projects aligned with audience insights. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to Amazon Prime Video's mission to shape the future of Indian digital entertainment, specifically in Telugu and Tamil, while working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
The role focuses on supporting content development through efficient coordination, administrative tasks, and project management. The ideal candidate will be a strong multitasker with excellent communication skills, managing everything from pitch intake to project development and while serving as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders in the Telugu media industry.

Key job responsibilities
1. Manage Air-table submissions and ensure timely follow-ups via calls and emails
2. Schedule narrations and follow up with external stake holders and manage all the internal and external process.
3. Logistical management such as - book meeting rooms, and coordinate entry/OTP with the GREF team
4. Read incoming pitches, organize internal pitch discussions, and communicate interest or declines. Ensure content standards are met for new pitch submissions, following up as necessary.
5. Help with awards submission shortlists and data points to our APV PR team. Serve as the first point of contact for cold calls and pitch inquiries from industry contacts.
6. Organize archival content in Box folders and develop a system for production teams to manage ongoing data.
7. Maintain a comprehensive database of creators, production companies, and insights from show learnings.
8. Track title search requests and follow up on their progress
9. Maintain and update Air-table submission trackers and generate links for coordinators.
10. Ensure WBR (Weekly Business Review) documentation is up to date.
11. Oversee the smooth execution of administrative processes, ensuring effective multitasking across multiple projects and deadlines

Basic Qualifications

- 3+ years of studio or production company assistant, or 4+ years of creative executive experience
- Experience assessing industry talent and trends
- Experience as an assistant at a studio or production company
- Experience handling confidential information
- Experience working as a story analyst, story editor, or in film development

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of creation of content end to end
- Knowledge of entertainment industry trends and players
