Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Content & Community Manager. The role involves managing and nurturing online communities, creating and implementing content strategies, and planning engaging content for social media and online platforms. The Content & Community Manager will oversee content creation, moderate discussions, interact with community members, manage online responses, and analyze community feedback to improve engagement. Additionally, the role includes working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align content strategies with broader brand objectives.

Qualifications
  • Content Creation, Blog Writing, and Social Media Content Development
  • Experience in Community Management, Audience Engagement, and Online Forum Moderation
  • Strong Copywriting and Editing Skills
  • Familiarity with Social Media Platforms, Digital Marketing, and Community Building Strategies
  • Ability to analyze engagement metrics and assess the success of online campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Proficiency in Content Management Systems and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
  • Knowledge of or experience with social listening and analytics tools is advantageous
  • Experience in a similar role or within relevant industries is preferred
