You Will Be Responsible For
- Managing and growing the company's presence across social media platforms
- Creating compelling content for social media, marketing campaigns, proposals, and other required content
- Generating qualified business leads using online and offline channels
- Preparing structured proposals, presentations, and pitch decks for clients
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining CRM tools, tracking leads, and reporting performance metrics
- Assisting the business development team in outreach and new client acquisition
- Collaborating with marketing to support branding and business growth initiatives
- Researching competitors, market trends, and potential clients
What You Bring To The Table
- Knowledge and experience in Business Development / Social Media / Marketing
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Creative approach toward content planning and brand communication
- Hands-on experience with social media tools and MS Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to build relationships and confidently interact with clients
- Strong organisational, multitasking skills, and attention to detail
- Result-oriented mindset and willingness to learn & grow
- Knowledge of CRM tools or lead generation platforms is a plus
