About the Role

GenNextVA is looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Social Media & Content Virtual Assistant to support UK-based clients across content creation, digital marketing, social media management, and operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced digital environment, is confident with social media trends, and can bring fresh ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilitie

• 
  Design engaging thumbnails and social media creative
• sEdit videos for reels, shorts, teasers, TikTok, and YouTube conten
• tUse AI tools and automation to improve workflows and productivit
• yCreate and manage social media content calendar
• sManage LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and other social platform
• sRepurpose content creatively into multiple format
• sRun lead generation campaigns using Google & Meta Ad
• sUpdate websites using WordPress and drag-and-drop builder
• sSupport email campaigns, event coordination, and basic admin task

Requirement

• 
  Strong understanding of social media and digital marketin
• gBasic to intermediate video editing skill
• sFamiliarity with Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, AI tools, or similar platform
• sCreative mindset with attention to detai
• lAbility to multitask and manage deadline
• sGood communication and teamwork skill
• sPositive attitude and willingness to lear

Preferred Skill

• 
  Experience managing LinkedIn and YouTube conten
• tUnderstanding of branding and content strateg
• yKnowledge of lead generation and paid ads is a plu
• sAbility to repurpose long-form content into short-form conten
