We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media & Content Intern to assist in building engaging brand narratives and enhancing our digital presence across platforms.
You will play a key role in creating content, optimizing social media performance, and developing communication strategies that connect brands with their audiences. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to learn the end-to-end process of content and social media management within a full-service digital marketing agency environment.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Content Creation & Strategy
Assist in ideating, writing, and optimizing engaging content (posts, captions, reels, blogs, etc.) for various social media platforms.
Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
Support campaign ideation for new launches, brand storytelling, and creative activations.
- Social Media Management & Optimization
Support in daily management of brand social media pages.
Assist in scheduling, publishing, and monitoring social media posts.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform features to create relevant and impactful content.
- Performance & Trend Analysis
Track key performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, etc.) and assist in preparing weekly/monthly reports.
Conduct competitor analysis and research audience insights for campaign improvement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Design, Video, and Marketing teams to develop cohesive campaigns and ensure consistency across communication.
Collaborate with client servicing and strategy teams to align content goals with business objectives.
- Visual & Copy Optimization
Support in refining visuals, video snippets, and copy to suit each platform's best practices.
Participate in A/B testing of formats, hashtags, and visuals to gauge effectiveness.
Basic Requirements
- Currently, pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with an eye for detail and design aesthetics.
- Basic understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and content trends.
- Analytical mindset with eagerness to learn about content performance and optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
