Seeking a thoughtful and content-driven Social Media Intern for a Punjab-focused project aimed at developing future leaders to drive social, economic, and community transformation in Punjab.
Responsibilities Include
- Content Creation
- Create digital content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube around leadership development, youth engagement, entrepreneurship, and Punjab's development challenges.
- Assist in producing reels, short videos, carousels, posters, and stories.
- Support writing captions and narratives in English and Punjabi.
- Convert leadership sessions, discussions, workshops, and research insights into
- public-facing content.
- Research & Contextual Content
- Support research and documentation related to Punjab's economic, social, and leadership landscape.
- Help simplify research inputs, discussions, and concept notes into accessible content formats.
- Assist in content around leadership values, grassroots leadership stories, and youth-led change in Punjab.
- Social Media Support
- Assist in executing the social media content calendar.
- Support post scheduling and platform-wise adaptation of content.
- Monitor engagement and support basic community interaction.
- On-ground & Program Content
- Assist in capturing photos, short videos, testimonials, and insights during leadership programs, workshops, consultations, and field activities.
- Support documentation of Punjab-focused leadership initiatives.
- Trends, Youth & Leadership Narratives
- Track trends related to leadership, youth movements, social change, and public discourse
- Support ideation of content that connects leadership development.
- Coordination & Learning
- Work closely with research, program, and communications teams.
- Coordinate with designers, editors, and facilitators for content execution.
- Learn how leadership development projects are planned, communicated, and scaled.
