- Write clear, engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Twitter
- Assist in content calendar planning and execution
- Research trends and create topical/viral content ideas
- Write product descriptions, ad copy, captions, emails, and blog drafts
- Track performance of content through insights and analytics
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and DMs
- Support influencer campaign outreach and coordination
