Content and Data Migration Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data and content migration requirements to develop and execute migration strategies.
• Ensure data integrity and quality during the migration process.
• Work closely with IT teams to coordinate and execute data transfers between systems.
• Document migration processes and maintain comprehensive records of data flows and transformations.
• Provide training and support to stakeholders on new systems and processes post-migration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data management, content migration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing large data sets and migrating data across various platforms.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and best practices in data migration.
• Proficiency in data migration tools and technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
