Role Overview:

  • Work across beauty platforms on co-marketing campaigns and owned/paid on-platform content elevation.
  • Impact shopper funnel metrics (CTR%, Conversion%) and drive better business outcomes.

Detailed Roles and Responsibilities:

Co-marketing Campaigns:

  • Work with category, account, and retailers to lead ideation, closure, and deployment of initiatives.
  • Identify the right portfolio, activation ideas, implement and evaluate campaigns.
  • Lead network planning and execution including follow-ups, approvals, coordination, feedback incorporation.
  • Troubleshoot and course-correct delays to ensure timely deployment.
  • Conduct post-evaluation analysis to synthesize learnings and report back.

Content Elevation:

  • Work with multiple stakeholders to improve e-commerce content (written and visual).
  • Collaborate with in-house designers and brand teams to experiment and implement content elevation at scale.

Employee Generated Content (EGC):

  • Lead strategy and execution for EGC for HUL Beauty Accounts team.
  • Scale Instagram EGC channel to 100k followers by end of 2026.
  • Explore other EGC channels such as Snapchat, Mauj in line with target media consumption.

User Generated Content (UGC):

  • Lead projects leveraging HUL's 1.5k+ beauty advisors as influencers.
  • End-to-end ownership of network planning, tracking, training, and managing briefs.
  • Deploy 10k+ content pieces per month.

Qualifications / Skills:

  • MBA or Master's degree.
  • 2-4 years of work experience across sales & marketing in FMCG.
  • At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce/content and activations.
  • Technical aptitude and agility to learn web-based tools.
  • Attributes: owner's mindset, passion, rigor, and agility.
