Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Container M&R Manager. The role involves overseeing the maintenance and repair operations of containers, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, and managing vendor and contractor relationships. The Container M&R Manager will also be responsible for conducting inspections, monitoring costs, and optimizing workflows to minimize downtime and maximize container lifespan. The role includes preparing reports and supporting collaboration with various teams for seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate with IICL 6 & CW survey and repair knowledge
• IICL Qualified
• Strong knowledge of container maintenance and repair processes, standards, and related regulations.
• Experience in inventory management, cost monitoring, and vendor relationship management.
• Team management, and workflow optimization skills.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools pertinent to the role.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
