Position: Contracts Engineer

Location: Bangalore / Project Location

Experience: 3–8 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, subcontracts and work orders
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and project specifications
• Prepare BOQ and tender documents, evaluate vendor quotations
• Participate in technical and commercial negotiations
• Handle variation claims, EOT and dispute documentation
• Monitor project cost, budgeting and cash flow
• Prepare periodic commercial reports
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, legal and finance

Candidate Profile:

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 3–8 years of experience in contracts/commercial role in construction
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis and contract conditions
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office and ERP/tools
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
