Job Title: Consumer Sensory Insights Lead
NOTE: Sensory and quantitative analysis experience is mandatory hence candidates having experience in the skill set may only apply for this role

CTC: Upto 40 Lakhs (offer shall be based on the candidates current salary)

Role Summary:
The Consumer Sensory Insights Lead is responsible for translating complex sensory and consumer data into actionable insights that guide product development, quality improvement, and brand strategy. The role combines strong scientific rigor, statistical expertise, and stakeholder communication to ensure consumer-centric decision-making across projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate sensory and consumer data into actionable insights to support product development, reformulation, and commercialization decisions.
- Design and lead sensory evaluation studies using robust methodologies, ensuring scientific accuracy and reliability of results.
- Manage sensory aspects of projects, from study design through execution, analysis, and reporting.
- Utilize Quantitative Descriptive Analysis (QDA) tools and other sensory methodologies to evaluate product attributes and performance.
- Perform statistical analysis on sensory and consumer data using appropriate software and analytical techniques.
- Develop and implement standardized sensory protocols using advanced computerized data collection systems.
- Effectively communicate sensory findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, translating technical data into clear business implications.
- Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Quality, and Consumer Insights teams to ensure products meet consumer expectations and brand positioning.
- Ensure compliance with sensory science best practices and maintain data integrity across all studies.

- Proficiency in Quantitative Descriptive Analysis (QDA) and sensory evaluation techniques
