Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and execution driven Consumer Marketing Manager to take ownership of Quin's consumer marketing. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of consumer engagement, and digital marketing, with the ability to translate our already existing brand into compelling consumer-facing campaigns.

You will manage all consumer channels, and oversee digital campaigns including managing Quin's app marketing, consumer-facing website, and other brand campaigns - ensuring our identity reflects our positioning as an achievable luxury safety brand.

Key Responsibilities

Consumer Marketing & Campaigns

  • Plan and execute integrated brand campaigns that highlight Quin's unique value proposition, consumer impact, and safety innovation.
  • Map out a yearly calendar of brand campaigns across our digital channels and ensure consistent storytelling across channels and consumer touchpoints.

App Marketing

  • Manage in-app marketing flows, push notifications, and content to optimize user experience & conversions.
  • Build on and expand the paid subscriber base of the Quin Within application.
  • Create, develop and execute a strategy to convert free app customers to upgrade to the paid subscription.
  • Develop campaigns to drive downloads, subscriptions, and app store reviews.
  • Incentivise users to continuously use the Quin Within App and drive in app engagement.

Social Media & Digital Advertising

  • Own all consumer-facing social media channels (IG, FB, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), including paid social and ad strategy.
  • Work with internal and external creative teams, freelance photographers/videographers, and agencies to create engaging content.
  • Develop briefs, storyboards, and shot lists, and oversee production budgets and timelines.
  • Collaborate with a Social/Community Manager to execute posting schedules and engagement.

Website & Consumer Experience

  • Oversee Quin's consumer-facing website (content updates, articles, design alignment).
  • Manage FAQs, consumer inquiries, and overall website engagement.

Consumer Storytelling & Advocacy

  • Drive initiatives to capture real consumer stories, crash response experiences, and testimonials.
  • Build campaigns that highlight how Quin impacts real lives.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and trend analysis to ensure Quin remains a leader in the safety-tech space.
  • Support sponsorship and event opportunities tied to consumer audiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in consumer marketing with a focus on digital channels (app marketing, social, website etc).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing including building an engaged audience of paid app subscribers, paid social campaigns, and website management
  • Proficiency in briefing creative teams and managing external agencies.
  • Ability to craft compelling consumer campaigns rooted in brand storytelling.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in ingredient brand marketing.
  • Experience with our verticals (At least one, cycling, PPE, motorcycling, alpine, equestrian)
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, app marketing, building an engaged subscriber base and user experience flows.
  • Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • A clear understanding of project management and planning a marketing execution function
