About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Consumer Insights Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your market research expertiseespecially in qualitative researchto understand consumer behavior, design and conduct questionnaires, and derive actionable insights that drive business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute questionnaires, surveys, and interview guides to collect qualitative and quantitative data.
- Conduct consumer research studiesfocus groups, in-depth interviews, surveysto uncover consumer motivations, attitudes, and behaviors.
- Analyze data using statistical tools and qualitative techniques to generate meaningful insights.
- Synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights that inform marketing, product, and branding strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and consumer behavior to support strategic planning.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure insights are integrated into business decisions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in market research and qualitative research methods (e.g., interviews, focus groups).
- Strong ability to design and conduct questionnaires / surveys that yield reliable and actionable data.
- Experience in data analysis (both qualitative and quantitative), including extracting insights, recognizing patterns, and interpreting results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to present complex data as simple, compelling stories.
- Highly curious, detail-oriented, and intellectually rigorous; able to ask deep questions and probe for underlying consumer drivers.
- Proficiency in research tools and software (e.g., survey platforms, data analysis tools like Excel, SPSS, or similar) is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Sociology, Statistics, or related discipline.
