At Bhanzu, we're on a mission to eradicate math phobia and transform how students learn mathematics globally. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Customer Insight Specialist who can help us deeply understand our customers students, parents, and teachers and translate their feedback into meaningful insights.
Role Overview
In this role, you will interact directly with customers through structured conversations and interviews to understand their experiences, motivations, and challenges. Your insights will help the team improve customer experience, engagement, and retention.
What You'll Do
- Conduct structured interviews with teachers, parents, and students across different regions.
- Use research questions provided by the team while keeping conversations natural and engaging.
- Identify key drivers of satisfaction, engagement, and churn through meaningful conversations.
- Document customer responses carefully, capturing verbatims, tone, and emotional cues.
- Identify patterns and signals from conversations to highlight common pain points and opportunities.
- Work closely with the research team to support customer insight studies and feedback analysis.
- Participate in weekly discussions and debriefs to share observations, key quotes, and emerging patterns.
What We're Looking For
- 26 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Experience, Operations, Research, Sales, or Community.
- Excellent communication and conversational skills in English; regional language skills are a plus.
- Strong listening skills, empathy, and curiosity to understand customer motivations.
- Ability to ask thoughtful questions and uncover the real reasons behind customer feedback.
- Comfortable with note-taking, organizing information, and identifying patterns in conversations.
