Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to define a planning strategy that includes a full list of activities that are important for the management of project, to decide on a project delivery methodology (waterfall, agile, etc.), and to align with stakeholders. Each day, you will plan, schedule, coordinate, and deliver the Information Systems (IS) project outcomes within agreed time, scope, cost, and agreed quality. You will also showcase your expertise by communicating appropriate information to stakeholders promptly to achieve desired understanding and support and effectively managing stakeholders expectations and relationships.

This role is contributing to the Core IS Consumer Experience Project Portfolio Team at global level.

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Defining all project documents (jointly with key stakeholders) including scope and financial plans, schedule, and risk management plans.
  • Using knowledge and experience to forecast contingencies at the initial stages of the project, assessing the availability of information and the risks and issues that may arise during the project and deciding on the best approach to proceed.
  • Monitoring and controlling project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flow.
  • Executing IS project communications and reporting IS project performance against the plan and expected business outcome.

Qualifications for the role

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as an IS Project Manager within a global matrix organization.

  • Proven experience leading complex and distributed projects, experience with business process mapping and project portfolio management.

  • Experience in change management is crucial.

  • PMO experience is considered an advantage.

  • Knowledge of Consumer Experience Infrastructure area is a plus.

  • Ability to influence and leading without direct authority.

  • Experience in coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams across different time-zones and multiple seniority levels.

  • Demonstrated passion for driving business growth, paired with strong communication and problemsolving skills to clearly articulate ideas, negotiate effectively, and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Deep customercentric mindset with the ability to understand client needs, prioritize value creation, and build solutions that strengthen longterm relationships.

  • Fluent English language skills.
