The Role
We are hiring for our Analytics team in a fluid capacity. This is an open role for both Associate Consumer Data Analyst and Consumer Data Analyst levels; the final designation and compensation package will be decided based on the candidate's depth of experience, capability, and performance during the interview process.
This is a high-ownership, fast-moving role for someone who hits the ground running and turns data into business decisions. You will work across 1P and Media data, delivering insights that directly shape client strategy. The ideal candidate has 1 to 4 years of analytics experience in an agency or startup setting, a sharp business mind, and a prioritized focus on Media Analytics.
Work Schedule
This is a 100% remote role with mandatory core hours to support our global client teams:
- EST: 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM | IST: 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM

What You Will Do
- 1P & Media Analytics: Own the analysis of 1P dataincluding CRM, transactional, behavioural, and demographic dataalongside Media data to build a complete picture of consumer behaviour.
- Stakeholder & Client Communication: Translate complex analytical findings into clear, strategic narratives for both internal teams and client-facing meetings.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Paid Media, Retail Media, BI, and Dashboard teams to develop integrated solutions and ensure data alignment across departments.
- BI & Dashboarding: Collaborate with BI teams to build and maintain client solutions, onboarding quickly onto Thoughtspot and client-specific BI tools.
- Strategic Storytelling: Design high-quality MS PowerPoint presentations that move beyond what happened to why it matters and what to do next.
- Data Engineering: Write and optimize SQL and Snowflake queries to extract, join, and transform large datasets.
- Proactive Engagement: Surface trends and anomalies to stakeholders without waiting to be asked, always communicating with clarity and candor.
- AI Acceleration: Leverage Generative AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and enhance the depth of your analytical output.
What We Are Looking For
Must-Have
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a quantitative science background strongly preferred.
- 1 to 4 years of analytics experience, ideally 2 to 3 years in an agency or startup environment.
- Strong working knowledge of media spends, GA4, and performance marketing metrics.
- Proficiency in SQL and Snowflake for querying and transforming large datasets.
- Strong MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills; high attention to detail in both analysis and presentation output.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal direction. You figure it out, get it done, and bring recommendations to the table.
- Strong business acumen: ability to connect data findings to marketing strategy and client objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. This is a global role and non-negotiable.
- Working knowledge of or curiosity to explore Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or similar) to boost productivity and analytical output.
Good to Have
- Experience in Retail Analytics or CRM-based analytics and loyalty or Media Mix Modelling.
- Exposure to Paid Media data, Retail Media metrics (Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, etc.), GA4, or Media Mix Modelling concepts.
- Exposure to BI tools: Thoughtspot, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
