- Experience of implementing one end-to-end SAP ERP project as module lead for the respective module.
- Having MBA/PGDBM or CA degree
- Valid SAP ERP certification for the respective module for which the resource has been proposed
- Experience of implementing end to-end SAP ERP projects at any Power Utilities as Module Lead of respective module
- for which the resource has been proposed
- 8 + years of Experience in implementing and supporting the SAP CRM/S4 HANA Customer Management module in the Utility Sector.
Responsibilities Include:
- Configure and Customization of SAP CRM/S4 HANA Customer Management modules (e.g. Sales, Service Management) in line with the utilities industry standards.
- Creation of Transaction Launchers, Navigation Bar configuration, Business Roles, View configuration, IC-Web profile maintenance, Organization structure maintenance, and Alert Modeler along with Baseline Configuration of SAP CRM.
- Configuration & Customization of Text Profile, Date Profile, Org Profile, Partner Determination Profile, Status Profile, ERMS, Action Profile, Workflow.
- Develops functional specifications and works with technical resources to complete object development and testing.
- Expert in SAP Master Data, SAP ISU-Business Master Data and Technical Master Data
- Hands on experience in SAP Cross Module Integrations.
