Frontend Development Job Descriptions

  • Frontend Technical Architect (5-7 Years Experience)

Role Overview -Lead the frontend architecture strategy and provide technical direction for large-scale React applications. Drive technical excellence, establish standards, and mentor development teams.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design

  • Define and evolve frontend architecture patterns and best practices for enterprise-scale applications
  • Design scalable, maintainable, and performant React application architectures
  • Establish component library architecture and design system standards using React and Storybook
  • Create technical roadmaps and drive adoption of modern frontend technologies
  • Evaluate and introduce new technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve development efficiency
  • Design and implement micro-frontend architectures when applicable

Technical Leadership

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Tech Leads and development teams
  • Conduct architecture reviews and code reviews for critical components
  • Define coding standards, development guidelines, and best practices for HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
  • Establish testing strategies using Jest and promote test-driven development
  • Lead technical discussions and drive consensus on architectural decisions
  • Champion engineering excellence and continuous improvement initiatives

Development & Implementation

  • Build proof-of-concepts and reference implementations for complex features
  • Develop reusable component libraries and shared utilities
  • Implement complex React applications using Context API, Hooks, and modern patterns
  • Configure and optimize Webpack build processes for performance
  • Set up and maintain development tooling (ESLint, Flow, Prettier, VS Code configurations)
  • Ensure code quality through automated testing, linting, and CI/CD pipelines

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Collaborate with product, UX, and backend teams to define technical requirements
  • Participate in sprint planning and provide effort estimations for complex features
  • Interface with stakeholders to communicate technical strategy and constraints
