Job Description:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their identity and access management requirements.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of SailPoint IIQ and IDN solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, ensuring that solutions are delivered on time.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams to promote best practices and knowledge transfer.
- Stay up-to-date with SailPoint product updates and industry trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- IAM and SailPoint IdentityIQ/IDN architecture, design, development, configuration, testing, integration, and deployment.
- Must have experience in application onboarding, provisioning, workflow customization, access review etc.
- Configuring quick links and reports customization.
- SailPoint connector development experience with both out-of-the-box and custom connectors.
- At least a year of experience with Java, Bean Shell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL, PowerShell, and XML.
- Stay updated on industry trends, security threats, and emerging technologies related to identity and access management.
- Assist customers in achieving compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as GDPR or HIPAA, through IAM solutions.
- Implement monitoring and reporting solutions to proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact customers.
- Strong knowledge of other IAM tools such as OKTA, Saviynt, ForgeRock/PingID.
- Strong knowledge of PAM tools.
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management concepts and best practices.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in designing and implementing SailPoint IIQ/IdentityNow solutions.
- SailPoint IIQ/IdentityNow certification is a plus. (Not Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management concepts and best practices.
- Proficiency in integrating SailPoint with other systems and applications.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
