Role & Responsibilities::
- Anchor multiple projects & complex assignments within pre-defined timelines & milestones
- Lead & Conceptualize demand estimation and financial modeling across projects (including scenario building) - ability to use multiple ratification approaches for the same
- Co-lead client meetings / presentations & discussions
- Responsible for leading client query addressal on project matters with a sense of urgency & proactively addressing them
- Demonstrate creative thinking along with providing unique & innovative solutions during the project delivery process
- Prepare end to end proposals & pitches (across asset classes) in line with client requirements with minimal intervention
- Report regular feedback on any issues/ challenges being faced by the team / individual team members to the City Lead real time and contribute towards devising people engagement & retention strategies (in conjunction with the City Lead)
- Responsible for capability building of juniors in the team (to conduct specific technical trainings scheduled as per the circulated Training calendar)
Educational Qualification
- MBA/PGDM from recognized university.
Experience
- 5-7 Years of experience preferably in real estate industry
