Job Summary
We are seeking a Consultant to join our growing technical team in Gurugram, India. This role requires a minimum of 6 years of experience with strong expertise in telecom architectures, Standard Essential Patent (SEP) analysis, and intellectual property (IP)-related matters.
This role is well-suited for individuals who are passionate about technology, thrive in a high-growth startup environment, and enjoy a hands-on approach with the latest tech innovations.
Responsibilities And Duties
- Provide technology consulting services to law firms and corporates.
- Understand underlying technologies to analyze patent portfolios and help solve client's core technical queries.
- Lead teams conducting research & analysis, including but not limited to technology research, technology due diligence, market research, prior art searches, target scouting, invalidity analysis, infringement analysis, and claim charting.
- Proficiency in Telecom architectures like wifi, Bluetooth, 4G, 5G, LTE, etc.
- Proficiency in SEP analysis in the field of IEEE 802.11 and 3GPP ETSI Standards (4G/LTE Advanced and 5G).
- Experience in running monetization or licensing campaigns, including portfolio positioning, target identification, valuation, and claim charting.
- Explain complex technology matters to non-technical audiences.
- Handle calls with US-based clients who include Industry Experts, Corporate Counsel, CEOs, Startup founders, IP litigators, etc.
- Work with product teams to guide the development & testing of Lumenci's technology platforms.
- Showcase technology and IP thought leadership via blogs and research reports.
- Collaborate across the organization in-person and with virtual, global teams.
- Establish and cultivate relationships internally and externally.

Education And Experience
- BTech/MTech in Computers, Electronics, Communications, or Electrical Engineering from premier colleges such as IITs, BITS, and NITs will be preferred.
- 6-8 years of experience in relevant Tech industry e.g. Telecom, Software, Semiconductor, and Cloud computing.
