Job Description

Consultant-Teacher Associate CEFR (Communicative English Future Readiness)

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach spoken English using KEF's structured curriculum and activities
  • Conduct assessments (pre/post-tests) to track student progress
  • Maintain accurate attendance, records, and reports
  • Build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions
  • Contribute ideas to enhance teaching practices

Candidate Profile

  • Education: B.Ed. / D.Ed. / Graduate
  • Experience: 13 years preferred; fresher's may apply
  • Skills: Excellent spoken English, local language communication, basic computer literacy
  • Attributes: Creative, patient, disciplined, effective communicator
  • Other: Willingness to work in community/slum-area schools

Job Details

  • Work Hours: 6 hours/day, 6 days a week (Sundays + 2 Saturdays off per month)
  • Working Conditions: School/community-based work, including field visits in challenging areas
