Role Overview: As Social Media Consultant, you will lead Liminal's social presence across key channels. You will be responsible for content planning, platform strategy, community engagement, campaign execution, and performance tracking. This role requires someone who blends creativity with strategic thinking and understands how to build a distinctive voice online.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Liminal's social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, and other relevant platforms
- Create monthly content calendars aligned with brand, campaign, and business goals
- Write engaging captions, briefs, and platform-specific copy in Liminal's tone of voice
- Coordinate with design, content, and marketing teams to produce high-quality social content
- Manage day-to-day publishing, scheduling, and platform hygiene
- Build and nurture an engaged online community through timely responses and active interaction
- Track trends, cultural moments, and platform updates to keep content relevant and fresh
- Monitor performance metrics and generate actionable insights from social media analytics
- Support launches, campaigns, partnerships, and brand moments with end-to-end social coverage
- Identify opportunities for collaborations, creators, and community-led growth
Desired Candidate Profile
- Either 2-5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content strategy with an agency and/or internship or full time experience with a B2B brand.
- Strong understanding of major social platforms, their audiences, and best practices
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Experience in building content strategies that balance brand and performance
- Strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and internet culture
- Familiarity with scheduling, analytics, and social listening tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns at once
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with tech, culture, creative, or brand-led businesses
- Basic understanding of paid social and content creation
- Experience collaborating with designers, videographers, and freelancers
- Ability to interpret data and translate it into content recommendations and reports
