Role Overview:
We are looking for ahighly result-oriented Recruiter/Consultantwithstrong experience in BFSI / NBFC / Insurance hiring, specifically inbulk calling and bulk closures. This role istarget-drivenand requires someone who can deliver numbers consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment independently
- High-volume bulk out-bound callingto source, screen, and close candidates
- AchieveQuarterly / Yearly hiring targetswithout follow-ups
- Coordinateinterviews, offers, and joiningswithin tight timelines
- Maintaindaily MIS, calling logs, and joining trackers
- Strong follow-ups to ensuremaximum conversion & joining ratio
- Work strictly ontargets, deadlines, and numbers
- Zero dependencyon leads from others self-driven sourcing
- Take complete ownership of delivery and results
Mandatory Eligibility Criteria:
- Proven experience inBFSI / NBFC / Insurance recruitment only
- Hands-on expertise inbulk hiring & bulk calling
- Strong closing skills withmeasurable hiring numbers
- Ability to work in afast-paced, target-oriented environment
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
- Immediate or short notice preferred
