We are looking for a Consultant to help organizations analyze complex business challenges, design strategic solutions, and drive successful implementation across enterprise environments. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to deliver impactful, data-driven outcomes.

Role Overview

As a Consultant at Scry AI, you will collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand business requirements, analyze operational processes, and develop strategic recommendations. You will support the delivery of consulting engagements that help organizations optimize workflows, improve decision-making, and leverage AI-driven technologies for competitive advantage.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy solving complex business problems, working closely with stakeholders, and translating data and insights into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and transformation
• Conduct research, data analysis, and industry benchmarking to support strategic recommendations

Operational & Functional Responsibilities

• Develop solution frameworks and implementation plans aligned with client objectives
• Support consulting engagements from analysis to execution and delivery
• Prepare structured reports, insights, and presentations for stakeholders

Execution & Collaboration

• Work closely with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Assist in planning project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
• Ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation

Stakeholder Communication

• Present insights, findings, and recommendations to internal teams and client leadership
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and outcomes

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or enterprise strategy roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
