We are a dedicated team of over 50 professionals within the Global ERP Solutions division, primarily based in Denmark and India, specializing in a wide array of SAP modules. In This Role You'll Make An Impact By
Streamline and automate daily tasks such as journal entry posting, reconciliation, and revaluations to achieve accurate and faster closing cycles, ensuring timely financial statement preparation.
Develop robust capabilities that empower businesses to generate precise financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements for real-time reporting, providing up-to-date financial information to the Line of Business for enhanced decision-making.
Assist businesses in meeting legal and regulatory requirements while facilitating the creation of audit trails, ensuring data integrity, and supporting compliance with financial standards like International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Local Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Empower businesses to gain better control over costs by supporting cost center accounting and profitability analysis, enabling informed decisions that enhance profitability.
Support the Line of Business in ensuring journal entries are accurately accounted for with the appropriate tax components in accordance with local tax regulations.
Boost productivity through intelligent data capture and automation, significantly reducing the cost per transaction.
Ensure compliance through clearly defined business process rules, validations, and a documented audit trail.
Enable businesses to achieve their two critical must-win battle KPIs: First Time Right (FTR) and Straight Through Processing (STP), fostering continuous improvements and automation.
To Succeed You Must Hold
A bachelor's degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is mandatory. Professional qualifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA), Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWAI), or a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance are strongly preferred.
A minimum of 4 to 7 years of practical experience in supporting and implementing SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FI/CO) modules is essential, with significant exposure to General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting.
A minimum of two to three years of domain experience in Finance and Accounting functions is desirable.
Prior experience in sectors such as biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or manufacturing is highly beneficial.
Robust understanding of financial and controlling processes is required, along with the capability to align SAP solutions to accommodate evolving business requirements.
Proven track record in delivering SAP support, configuration, and enhancements is essential, including data migration, interface testing, and system integration across FI-MM and FI-SD modules.
Experience in SAP implementation projects, system upgrades, and managing EPIC/project cycles from development through to go-live is crucial.
Excellent problem-solving skills are necessary, with a proactive approach to incident, change, and service request management within established Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines.
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional, global team environment is essential.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required, enabling effective engagement with both business users and technical teams.
A strong commitment to continuous improvement and dedication to the ongoing development of SAP FI/CO functionalities is essential.
SAP Certification in FI/CO is an advantageous qualification.
