Solution Design & Implementation: Lead and support the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP EAM and PM solutions, including the setup of Asset Master Data, Equipment Master Data, Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance, and Notifications.
Requirement Analysis: Work with clients to understand their asset management, maintenance, and operational needs, and map those to SAP solutions to drive efficiency and ensure the smooth flow of maintenance processes.
Configuration & Customization: Configure SAP EAM/PM to align with business requirements, including the setup of maintenance plans, task lists, work centers, and maintenance strategies.
Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP EAM/PM with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SAP FICO, SAP SD) as well as third-party applications, enhancing the flow of information and processes across the organization.
Data Migration: Assist with the migration of legacy data to SAP EAM/PM systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency during the transition.
Testing & Validation: Oversee and participate in system testing (unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing) to ensure the SAP EAM/PM solutions meet the client's business needs.
Process Improvement: Evaluate and improve asset management and maintenance processes, ensuring they are optimized for cost savings, increased asset uptime, and efficient maintenance workflows.
Training & Support: Provide training to end-users and client teams on SAP EAM/PM best practices and functionality. Offer post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation on configurations, processes, and workflows to ensure knowledge sharing and easy reference.
Best Practices & Standards: Ensure the implementation of SAP EAM/PM best practices, and assist clients in aligning their processes with industry standards.
Project Management: Contribute to project management tasks, including timeline management, resource allocation, and tracking progress. Provide status updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in SAP EAM/PM implementation and support, with a strong understanding of asset management, maintenance processes, and related business functions.
Hands-on experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) configurations, including work order management, equipment management, preventive maintenance, and technical objects.
Experience integrating SAP EAM/PM with other SAP modules like SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), and SAP FICO (Financial Accounting).
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and its integration with SAP EAM/PM is a plus.
Experience in data migration from legacy systems to SAP EAM/PM.
Knowledge of industry best practices in asset management and plant maintenance (e.g., ISO standards, Predictive Maintenance).
Strong understanding of maintenance strategies, including corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance approaches.
SAP EAM/PM Certification is a plus.

Experience in industries such as manufacturing, energy, utilities, or engineering where asset management is critical.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Knowledge of global asset management standards and regulatory requirements in specific industries.
