Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure SAP Identity Management (IDM) solutions based on business requirements.
• Support SAP IDM modules and provide ongoing system enhancements and optimizations.
• Design and configure roles, user provisioning, and role management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP IDM and its integration with SAP systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation for SAP IDM implementations, configurations, and processes.
• Integrate SAP IDM with other identity management systems (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP).
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration with SAP systems like SAP GRC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, etc.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and industry best practices.
• Perform regular system monitoring, audits, and support for SAP IDM.
• Provide training and support to end-users as needed.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP IDM.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Identity Management architecture, processes, and workflows.
• Experience with role-based access control (RBAC), user provisioning, and SSO integrations.
• Knowledge of integration of SAP IDM with other applications (SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Active Directory, LDAP).
• Understanding of security and compliance requirements in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with SAP GRC, SAP HANA, or SAP Security is a plus.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
