Job Description
As an SAP IBP Response & Supply Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful implementation and support of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions for our clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing supply chain processes and ensuring seamless integration with SAP ECC/S4HANA. This role offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a significant impact on our clients business operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP IBP Response & Supply Planning implementations, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
- Analyze client requirements, design and configure SAP IBP solutions, and provide functional expertise.
- Integrate SAP IBP with SAP ECC/S4HANA and other relevant systems, ensuring data accuracy and seamless flow.
- Develop and execute test plans, conduct user acceptance testing, and provide training to end-users.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth system operations.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP IBP functionalities and industry trends, and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, supply chain, and business stakeholders.
- Document and maintain project artifacts, including functional specifications and user manuals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and optimize SAP IBP configurations as needed.
- Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP IBP Response & Supply Planning implementations.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain planning processes and best practices.
- Expertise in SAP IBP configuration, including response planning, supply planning, and forecasting.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ECC/S4HANA integration and understanding of SAP architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in SAP tools and technologies, including SAP GUI, ABAP, and HANA.
- Understanding of industry-specific requirements and regulations is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
