Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead production planning and execution process design and support in SAP PP, including batch and serial number managed scenarios.
- Configure and validate SAP S/4HANA production planning flows aligned to shop floor execution requirements.
- Support QM and EWM knowledge areas, including staging/consumption in EWM and batch/serial classification setup.
- Drive integration understanding across ePP/DS-MM-QM, EWM-CO integration, and MES integration for production execution visibility.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to troubleshoot issues, maintain operational accuracy, and manage priorities under pressure.
Skills Required:
- 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in Production Planning and Execution; APICS/ASCM CPIM preferred; SAP PP certification advantageous.
- BOM and shop floor process alignment for production planning and execution.
- SAP S/4HANA and SAP PP hands-on experience (batch and serial number managed environments).
- QM and EWM knowledge, including production-related sub-processes such as staging and consumption in EWM.
- Integration understanding for ePP/DS-MM-QM, EWM-CO, and MES integration.
Good to Have:
- Configuration experience across SAP PP / execution-related process areas.
Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Management, or related fields.
