Consultant - Psychometric Assessments
Location: Bangalore
Functional Area: Consulting (Psychometric Assessments)
Education Qualification: Post Graduate/ PhD in Psychology
Experience: 5 years+ experience in Consulting
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the sales team for the business meets for psychometric assessments discussions in the respective regions. This includes: -
Understanding and analyzing requirements of the clients/ Mercer colleagues
Engaging the client/ Mercer colleagues with a solution-focused approach.
Enabling the client/ Mercer colleagues with a suitable solution.
- Independently handling psychometric assessment deliveries
- Up to date and well-versed with current trends and psychometric test creation process, all technical terminology, etc.
- Supporting the psychometric product development team whenever need be with the product development and enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Should be a post-graduate in Psychology (preferably I/O Psychology, Applied Psychology or Organizational Behavior). PhD is an added edge.
- At least 5 years of experience in psychometric assessments consulting
- Excellent communication skills, computer skills, analytical ability, customer centricity; Conversant in local language is an advantage
- Should be willing to do development and enhancement work whenever required.
