Job Description

  • Conduct psychological assessments using standardized tools and clinical interviews
  • Diagnose mental health conditions based on established criteria (e.g., DSM-5/ICD-10)
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs
  • Provide evidence-based therapies (CBT, psychotherapy, counseling, etc.)
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress and modify treatment plans accordingly
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records
  • Offer crisis intervention and psychological support when required
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals
  • Provide consultation and training to staff or organizations (if applicable)
  • Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in psychology

    • Requirements

    • Master's degree (M.A./M.Sc.) in Psychology (Clinical / Counseling / Applied)
    • M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology or Ph.D. preferred
    • Training from an institute recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India
