Job Description

Support daily operations of the IndiaAI PMU by tracking milestones, deliverables, and timelines.

Prepare periodic progress reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, and status summaries for internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinate with government bodies, implementation partners, consultants, and vendors for smooth program execution.

Organize and manage logistics for review meetings, workshops, consultations, and capacity-building sessions.

Develop presentations, concept notes, briefing documents, and policy summaries as required.

Maintain centralized documentation repositories ensuring transparency and easy retrieval of information.

Monitor project risks, track follow-ups, and escalate bottlenecks in a timely manner.

Assist in planning and execution of outreach initiatives and stakeholder engagement activities.

Ensure structured communication flow between stakeholders and PMU leadership.
