Position Overview
Seeking an experienced BD Support Specialist to drive growth for our BFSI practice through strategic content creation and sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create compelling presentation decks and written proposals for client pitches
- Execute inside sales activities, email campaigns, and lead qualification
- Manage sales operations, CRM systems, and pipeline tracking
- Communicate professionally with C-level executives and senior leadership
- Support business development initiatives with meticulous attention to detail
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree (any discipline); MBA preferred
- 4-5 years of business development support experience
- Previous experience with Analytics/Data Engineering or technology services firms strongly preferred
- Proven track record at established companies (not startups)
Core Skills
- Expert presentation design and business writing capabilities
- Inside sales and email campaign management experience
- Executive-level communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
