- Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification experience in a hospital or diagnostic laboratory

- Valid State Medical Council / NMC registration

Roles and Responsibilities Consultant - Pathologist
- Strong diagnostic and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Familiarity with LIS and laboratory accreditation standards
- Reporting and interpretation of Histopathology, Cytology, FNAC, and Hematology cases
- Ensure accurate and timely diagnostic reports
- Correlate pathological findings with clinical details
- Oversee laboratory workflow and reporting quality
- Ensure compliance with NABL / NABH standards
- Supervise laboratory staff and ensure quality control
- Participate in audits, accreditation, and quality improvement initiatives
