We are looking to hire five (5) contractual Consultants with basic computer knowledge to support content-related tasks for Cengage Content Testing
The selected candidates will undergo a short training period (3-5 business days) and play a key role in ensuring accuracy and quality in content validation
No prior experience is required
Key Responsibilities: Perform content validation and verification as per provided guidelines
Ensure accuracy and consistency in assigned tasks
Utilize basic computer skills to efficiently complete work
Follow standard operating procedures and maintain quality benchmarks
Collaborate with the team to address any discrepancies
Meet productivity and accuracy targets within the specified timelines
Education & Qualifications: Bachelor s Degree (any stream)
Basic Computer Skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good to Have: Any computer certification (if from a non-tech stream)
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
