Key Responsibilities

Implement Workday HCM and Compensation modules to optimize business processes and operational efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday solutions with existing systems
Provide expert guidance and support to stakeholders on Workday functionalities and best practices
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday configurations and solutions
Conduct thorough testing and validation of Workday implementations to ensure accuracy and reliability
Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users to maximize adoption and utilization of Workday features
Monitor and troubleshoot Workday system issues, providing timely resolutions to maintain performance
Stay updated with the latest Workday releases and enhancements to continuously improve system capabilities
Assist in developing project plans and timelines to ensure successful project delivery
Collaborate with Finance & Accounting teams to align Workday solutions with financial processes and reporting
Provide insights and recommendations to improve compensation strategies using Workday analytics
Document and maintain detailed records of Workday configurations and customizations for future reference
Support the company's mission by driving innovation and efficiency through effective Workday solutions
