Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced person who has good experience in designing, developing, and deploying LLM-powered Generative AI applications for diverse use cases such as chatbots, content generation, summarization, and code automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Build secure connectors for enterprise systems (APIs, file shares, queues, email) and enable reusable integration patterns.
- Implement document ingestion, chunking, metadata enrichment, and access-aware retrieval pipelines for grounded AI responses.
- Support agent tool interfaces, MCP integration patterns, and internal APIs across use cases.
- Deploy and operate model-serving infrastructure with CI/CD pipelines, environment promotion, and secure runtime management.
- Establish observability, evaluation gates, and performance optimization to ensure reliable, scalable production AI systems.

Required Qualifications
- Backend, platform, data, DevOps, or ML engineer with production AI system experience
- Strong experience with APIs, ETL pipelines, document parsing, and system integration
- Hands-on with Kubernetes, containers, CI/CD, telemetry, and secure runtime operations
- Familiar with vector search, RAG architectures, model serving, and evaluation pipelines
- Comfortable working with enterprise security, access controls, and internal platforms
