Job Description

We are looking for a smart, proactive Sales Intern who will focus on qualifying leads and enhancing their sales pitch while gaining hands-on experience. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a go-getter attitude and the drive to learn and grow in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential leads via calls, emails, and messages to assess their interest and requirement
  • Identify and categorize leads based on their needs and readiness to enroll.
  • Develop and refine sales pitches under the guidance of experienced sales professionals.
  • Handle initial customer queries and provide relevant information about KLAY offerings.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to improve conversion strategies.
  • Maintain and update lead databases with accurate customer information.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve persuasion, negotiation, and sales skills.

Requirements:

  • Full time Final Year pursuing of any UG Management degree
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A keen interest in sales and customer interaction.
  • Quick learner with an ability to adapt and improve.
  • Confident, persuasive, and proactive in approaching leads.
  • Good knowledge of Excel.
  • Willingness to learn about the Industry.
  • Must have Own Laptop & Smartphone with Dual SIM mode (Official SIM will be provided by the Company).
