We are looking for a smart, proactive Sales Intern who will focus on qualifying leads and enhancing their sales pitch while gaining hands-on experience. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a go-getter attitude and the drive to learn and grow in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential leads via calls, emails, and messages to assess their interest and requirement
- Identify and categorize leads based on their needs and readiness to enroll.
- Develop and refine sales pitches under the guidance of experienced sales professionals.
- Handle initial customer queries and provide relevant information about KLAY offerings.
- Work closely with the Sales team to improve conversion strategies.
- Maintain and update lead databases with accurate customer information.
- Participate in training sessions to improve persuasion, negotiation, and sales skills.
Requirements:
- Full time Final Year pursuing of any UG Management degree
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A keen interest in sales and customer interaction.
- Quick learner with an ability to adapt and improve.
- Confident, persuasive, and proactive in approaching leads.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- Willingness to learn about the Industry.
- Must have Own Laptop & Smartphone with Dual SIM mode (Official SIM will be provided by the Company).
