Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and functional leadership for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Finance modules, including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Finance-related integrations and interfaces
- Lead the design, development, customization and integration of JD Edwards Finance solutions in line with business requirements and IT standards.
- Act as the technical bridge between Finance stakeholders and IT delivery teams to translate business needs into robust system designs.
- Own and improve the technical architecture for A2R processes and end-to-end financial flows.
- Lead and support system integrations between JD Edwards and third-party applications, APIs, EDI platforms and legacy systems.
- Drive performance tuning, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for JD Edwards Finance applications and integrations.
- Oversee data migration, data conversion and system integration activities for finance operations.
- Ensure all technical solutions comply with security policies, internal controls and financial reporting standards.
- Maintain high-quality technical documentation, including system designs, architecture diagrams and interface specifications.
- Partner with internal and external delivery teams to manage enhancements, upgrades and patches.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring and guidance to onshore and offshore support teams.
- Collaborate effectively with global teams and senior stakeholders across multiple geographies.
Key Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on expertise in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Finance modules.
- Strong understanding of Account to Report (A2R) processes and finance system architecture.
- Deep experience with:
- Business Services (BSSV)
- Business Functions (BSFN)
- Object Management Workbench (OMW)
- UBE reports
- Orchestrator
- Programming and database skills:
- SQL
- C / C++ / Java
- Oracle, DB2 or SQL Server
- Strong experience in:
- API and web service integrations
- ETL and data extraction
- Performance tuning and debugging
- Knowledge of CNC concepts and JDE security is a strong advantage.
- Exposure to supply chain processes, intercompany accounting and multi-currency setups is highly desirable.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on technical experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, with strong focus on Finance modules.
- Proven experience delivering:
- ERP technical implementations
- System upgrades and patches
- Large-scale enhancements and integrations
- Experience working in regulated and compliance-driven environments.
- Strong experience working with global and multicultural teams.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and manage senior business and IT stakeholders.
Preferred Experience
- Experience leading or supporting ERP transformation programs or large technical modernization initiatives.
- Experience in design thinking or user-centric solution design.
- Prior exposure to global finance operations and shared service environments.
